Brad Tippett began his mortgage finance career in 2002. After managing an office in Stamford for three years, he joined a new firm and moved to Westport. Mr. Tippett became a managing partner and had his first taste of ownership, to which he relished. In 2007, he pursued his dream and opened his own mortgage brokerage company, Gold Coast Mortgage. Under his guidance, Gold Coast Mortgage earned a reputation as one of the premier and esteemed brokerages in CT.
In November 2012, Mr. Tippett decided to expand and formed Gold Coast Financial Services. His objective: incorporate an encompassing analysis of his clients' financial goals and aspirations, while seamlessly integrating financing within their objectives. His vision and reasoning are distinct: There is inevitably more to financing (clients goals and objectives) than the corresponding interest rate & product. Since 2002, people have been inundated with a low interest environment & subsequently, the business of financing became extremely transactional. Mr. Tippett's concept and approach is unique; utilizing an educational & personal approach amid a transactional industry.
